I have this mp3 player, its really nice for the amount it cost, tohugth if you flip the endcap cover too much it can break a point off. still a good one if just want a simple, easy mp3 player.

Hi Rolie,

If you can access the menu system, then the first step I would suggest is to find the option to reset to factory defaults. To do a hard reset of the unit, I believe you need to hold the power button on for 10 seconds. If you live in the US or Canada then Insignia customer support can be contacted on 1-877-467-4289 for more advice.
Anybody else with troubleshooting tips for the Insignia Kix NS-1A10S?

Hi, I have this insignia mp3 player, and LOVE it. My computer crashed, and when it did I lost everything, including the driver that I used to put music onto my MP3 player. Do you know how I can get this driver back? I lost the cd, that came along with it, or I would reinstall it. Thanks for your help!!
