If you love spending hours discovering music then SoundClick provides a huge selection of music covering many genres. You can choose to listen to the music via streaming audio or download. Most of the music is free and legal, but some of the artists charge for their creations. Soundclick is a very good resource for both artists and music fans alike.

Introduction
Soundclick can be classed as a social networking website for music. Artists and listeners interact with each other in a similar way to social networking sites such as Facebook and My Space. What’s most impressive about the website is the excellent user base that has built up over the years since it was first launched in 1997.

Services: After registration and email validation you can gain access to additional services, which are:

Website: The website is quite difficult to use at first due to its non-intuitive design and confusing layout. Many of the user’s homepages differ in both design and color usage and this adds to the confusion at times. That said, once you get to grips with the interface there is a lot of entertainment to be had by navigating through the many unique homepages that users have created.

Media: There is both music and videos available on Soundclick. The music selection is huge and covers many music genres. The tracks that are available on Soundclick come from both signed and unsigned bands/artists. Audio quality is generally very good.

Music Delivery and Formats: The music is provided as MP3 if you are downloading it. You can also use streaming audio to listen to most tracks in full which play at near CD quality.
