DropBox

Dropbox is a good storing site too! You can also earn more free space with referrals.

Audials Anywhere

I thinks it's also a good alternative for cloud storage. You need the freeware Audials Light and then can invite friends to share music, videos, movies...and for sure you can also stream music with it and also record it while listen to it...It's like a personal media cloud and you can create your own private network with people you trust. You can also sync your data with different PCs or your Android phone, which I think is quite comfy....Here you find more infos about it: www.personalmediacloud.com

Better Solution: FreeAgent GoFlex

I think the real answer to the cloud is owning the disk space. Why not host and serve the music from home? This seems to address the data transfer issue (Speed/Time) as well as capacity. The Only thing that is missing is integrated software that will show the Front and back liner notes while you're listening and perhaps artist Discography and Awards. http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/products/network_storage/file-sharing/

Another great service - Moozone.com

I have tired all of them and Moozone is the best! It plays my stuff on Android too.

Psonar

I use Psonar to store my music collection in the cloud - it's free with no limit on storage or streaming and I can manage the music on Nokia N97 directly from the cloud.

MeCanto.com

(1) Maestro.fm: only uploads the songs as you listen to them. You have to listen on their website for your entire music collection, song by song, to have them accessible from elsewhere without having to leave your home computer connected at all times. (2) Mp3Tunes: only offers 2GB free storage. My collection has about 10GB. (3) Lala: only works in US (4) Deezer: if they had the option to upload your tracks, it has been since disabled. After much digging, you can read the following in their website: "to add your mp3's you must subscribe to Deezer and install the dedicated application to uploading tracks (soon available from this page)" (5) MusicPlayer.fm: this one's simply ridiculous. You can only upload tracks one at a time! Promising ones were also suggested in the comments, but Humyo only offers 5GB for music, and Moozone only 2GB. The best one (heck, the *only* one that actually is usable for this purpose) is undoubtedly MeCanto.com

Opera Unite

In the common Opera web browser, there is a feature called Opera Unite that allows, amongst other things, live streaming media from a folder on your hard disk that you choose. Just download Opera and find Unite somewhere in its menus, and add the streaming application. Very easy to set up. You can make it public or require a password to listen to / view the media on your computer. No time required to upload, and always up to date, if you point it to the media folder where you usually download music or videos to. Better require a password, or anyone can stream from your PC.

humyo.com

From the online storage of Humyo you can quickly stream your favorite songs from anywhere in the world.

experience with these sites

Maestro sounded unappealing, since you can't just upload mp3s. Lala is only available in the US. Musicplayer.fm you have to upload one at a time. Deezer you can't upload 'yet.' MP3tunes condition for a fee account is that they can spam you (so you have to create a new e-mail account). None of these work very well, unfortunately. Are there any others? Why doesn't Windows or Apple have a means to upload and stream your music? Copyright (profit) issues, I guess.

moozone.com

Moozone works for me. I like being able to create playlists with poll option so people can vote for best tracks fro my playlist. Embedding playlist into blog or site is also cool.

You forgot one more...

How about Moozone - http://moozone.com/upload - they give free space too.

What about mecanto.com !

This list is missing mecanto.com which is really cool. It offers unlimited storage and good mobile access.
