Another Grooveshark Fan

Admittedly, I haven't tried a whole lot of different ones, but I like the amount of control over what I'm listening to and absence of ads on Grooveshark. I left Pandora behind when I found Grooveshark.

Grooveshark

Grooveshark is a music streaming website with the option for an app on android and an app on cydia, a appstore for jailbroken ios devices (Apple® iPhone®, iPod® and iPad®) I like grooveshark because you can choose songs to play without limits for free, unlike Pandora®. there is also an ad free version with extra skins (themes) and a desktop application.

favorite free digital music site

This one is fabulous for oldies. http://www.tropicalglen.com/

Jango

Currently, my favorite is Jango. You only have to watch one ad in order to use it. http://www.jango.com

Pandora

Pandora gets used most here when I'm not using Radiosure to listen to stations. YouTube was a contender, especially if you make a playlist but I've found that some of the Vevo ads cause your playback to stop if you have it in full screen.

google

http://www.google.com beats them all :-)...search and find the best music

www.splump.com

Splump is the second best after deezer. You can listen, download and vote the albums and artists, to see the video and convert youtube songs to mp3, also lets you listen more than 1700 radio!
—Guest skio

Progressive Rock, anyone?

For those of you who like it, check out the section of the home page of progarchives.com called "Latest 50 Free Mp3 Download". Click on the "Random Playlist" button. Better than any internet radio station I've found.

grooveshark

agree with GuestGreg.... many obscure songs you can't find anywhere else...
—Guest grooveshark.com

Grooveshark.com

It blows all of the other streaming music services out of the water. Def. top 4.

Music and Video

uwall.tv is my choice for music. I use to listen to last.fm, but with uwall I can pick my favorites & watch the video on one screen while I work on the other monitor. Of course you could also just listen to the music with only 1 monitor while you actually get some work done.
